Have a private session with Dr Dai Gilbertson. He has 40 years of experience helping organisations manage organisation development to enable new ideas to flourish. Dai will be a listening board and guide to help you identify and address issues affecting you and your organisation. Highlights of Dai's experience includes: - Director of the NZ Innovation and Change Project, Victoria University of Wellington - President of the Australia New Zealand Academy of Management - Designed and implemented the organisation development process for Shell NZ that became the standard for Shell internationally - Led a participative strategic review of the 42 Olympic sports in New Zealand culminating in a unanimously supported new vision, structure and process - Led a workshop for leaders from 15 Pacific nations that resulted in the Suva Accord signed by all nations for a pathway to leadership development in the Pacific Book a session, and the invoice for your organisation will be emailed to you.
